Medical school faculty have knowledge of the workplace context, but seldom have expertise or training in group facilitation. Former C-Change Fellows having experienced the C-Change Mentoring & Leadership Institute themselves, will be trained in the pedagogy and content of the Institute, and in facilitation skills. The newly trained facilitators will be able to lead future C-Change Institutes at their home site or elsewhere.

The training consists of acquisition of three skill sets:
1) Critical study of the theoretical basis and content of the C-Change Mentoring & Leadership Institute
2) Pedagogy and process of delivery of the C-Change Mentoring & Leadership Institute
3) General group facilitation skills, facilitation theory, and skills practice

The facilitation training sessions will take place April 20-22, July 13-16, and October 13-16, 2026.
