Assessment of Organizational Culture

To assist organizations in creating workplaces where all individuals can thrive, C-Change offers assessments of the culture. We conduct assessments in academic health centers, medical schools and other higher education institutions, research institutes, and professional organizations. Our goal is to help organizations create inclusive, affirming, and relational working environments so that individuals are able to contribute their best talents and fulfill their personal and professional goals.

Assessments Include:

Organizational culture for faculty using the validated C-Change Faculty Survey. When conducted in academic health centers and medical schools, we provide comparisons with national normative data from our national study.
Clinical learning environment and professionalism for residents using the C-Change Resident Survey.
Learning environment and professionalism for students using the C-Change Student Survey.

Measure vitality, respect, trust, and other components of a relational working environment
Understand the climate for diversity, equity, and inclusion
Evaluate self-efficacy in careers and identify barriers to advancement
Gauge the climate of mentoring and institutional support
